Our Team

Our team of kind, passionate and experienced therapists aim to assist individuals and families in receiving the best support. We frequently engage in mentoring, supervision and professional development to ensure our practice is up to date, evidence-based and family-orientated. Our therapists have training and experience in providing a range of interventions to early years and adults.

Our therapists are also qualified to provide services under various funding plans including;

  • National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

    • Early Childhood Approach (ECA)

  • Private Health Insurance

  • Medicare

    • Chronic Disease Management (CDM)/Enhanced Primary Care (EPC)

    • Complex Neurodevelopmental Disorder (CND)

    • Better Access to Mental Health (BAMH).

Please note: BAMH providers require several years of clinical practice in specialised mental health approaches, supervision from a BAMH registered therapist and also active membership with Occupational Therapy Australia.

Rachel is a amiable therapist who has over 12 years of experience and knowledge in paediatrics and mental health. She has worked in numerous settings including the community, private practice, public health and hospital. She facilitates and empowers children in developing essential skills to reach their milestones. Rachel is a mother of 3 kids and loves swimming, walking through nature and finding new parks to play with her kids and labrador.

Neilson likes to keep his hands active with tennis and pottery.

He has experience working with both children and adults who have neurological conditions including cerebral palsy and developmental delay. He great knowledge and experience treating motor difficulties and musculoskeletal impairments that affects posture, balance, coordination and gross motor skills. Richard is very active and enjoys trail running, meditating and playing tennis.

Joanna is a peer reviewer for the Nutrition Journal and a published author of 2 research articles;

Joanna is a kind-hearted therapist who understands the importance of good oral, gut and skin health, and their impact on individual health and family well-being. She is a weight neutral dietitian who practises within the Health At Every Size® (HAES®) framework. She can tailor dietetic and nutrition advice to all ages and address specific areas such as food intolerances, poor appetite and chronic disease. She has experience working across numerous settings such as clinics, food services and research. Joanna enjoys spending her spare time travelling with her family and friends, and discovering new delicacies.

Phoebe is one of our caring and enthusiastic Allied Health Assistants (AHA) who has a passion for helping families. She has experience in guiding and supporting children in building their capacity with daily activities. She has a love for music and piano and was previously a piano tutor for children. She has developed a keen interest in communication and speech impairments and is currently furthering her studies by completing a degree in Speech Pathology.
